Hi, I’m Scott Rabone, Founder of Silver Surf NZ
based in Whāingaroa (Raglan).
With a background as an Electrical Engineer, graduate in Lighting & Design, student of Universal Law, Natural Science and Living Philosophy at University of Science & Philosophy and keen observer of nature and the outdoors, I have always been fascinated by the lores of the universe.
A near-death experience aged 23 (when a plasma machine blew up in my face resulting in an outer-body experience) ignited a curiosity into understanding how these forces of the universe work.
At age 22, upon purchasing and renovating a property with a spa pool, I discovered the therapeutic benefits of the water and how it helped soothe the body’s recovery from hard physical labour. However the pool was filtered with a chlorine block and the possibility of an alternative hadn’t occurred to me, let alone making my own!
Fast forward a few years and, after a series of panic attacks, I began to realise something needed to change in my life. I began to explore a more sustainable and natural way of living and understanding of the impact of the world around us on our own energy fields - from food and water to cleaning products and other consumables. Already a keen surfer and water sports enthusiast, being on the water as much as possible was my mission.
When a spa pool that was a bit worse for wear came to me, I called upon my engineering expertise to bring it back to life and started using it… again with chlorine. I used it for about a month and noticed reactions in my skin and an overall depleted feeling from the water in comparison to spending time in natural hot springs or water sources.
This got me curious - what other natural alternatives are there out there and how can we bring the essence of nature to our at-home water healing spaces.
I had used colloidal silver when I was unwell so, paired with my understanding of science and electricity, I started developing my own spa purification tools and formulas. Silver Surf was born and never would I use chlorine again.
Why
My mission is to offer people a natural way to receive the healing power of water in their own homes.
And, this is not just about clean water.
This is about inviting a deeper enquiry into the impact of things on our frequency. Aligning to the harmony of the natural world around us. Dis-ease comes to our physical form when we have disharmonious impact from chemicals, decay and low frequency substances.
We can make small changes to our homes and lifestyles to reduce the impact of these distortions and keep connected to our natural state of being.
What
Holding a deep connection to the water through sports, and seeing the need for clean water as a whole from the contamination of water sources (including town supplies, streams and rainwater) guided me to deepen my knowledge of Living Water.
Living water, such as that from natural sources retain beneficial minerals and therefore life-force and vitality. It can nourish the physical body within and without whereas dead water, such as that from contaminated sources or purified with chemicals, can deplete.
Colloidal silver has traditionally been used to treat infections and wounds and assisting the body to heal - whether it be from a cut, a flu, an eye infection or to support general health. This makes it a gentler, natural and sustainable alternative to harsher chemicals such as chlorine.
